Behind the scenes at our vintage holiday collection shoot!

Market Publique is one of my favorite sources for both fine and affordable vintage and Simone from Erstwhile Style is one of my favorite vintage collectors/sellers/singer-songwriters/fierce models.  We got together to style and shoot her holiday lookbook, a collection of party-ready ensembles for the season.

I've been busily gathering amazing vintage images from around the web/universe because I'm excited to say that I'm creating the lookbook Holier than Now style ... collage heaven for me, and hopefully you guys.  It launches December 8th over at Market Publique, where you can also (of course) shop all the looks in time for your holiday and New Year's Eve affairs.

In the meantime, I made this little video of our shoot.  Check out the turban of scarves we made for Simone!  And P.S. I have been rocking out to this song for days now : )

Hi Ariadne,

Thanks : ) I use photoshop to do all the collages and most of the other things you see around the blog.
