Accessorize in New York City (by way of London ... and India)

I was invited to the Accessorize Union Square store opening last week, which was so exciting because I'm so into that place!  Every time I'm in London (or passing through at the airport), I stop by and stock up.  It's hard to do cheap, chic jewelry and accessories well - and of course I freak out about pieces from the big fast fashion stores because I hate buying things everyone else has.  I feel accessories especially are meant to be "signature" pieces - one of a kind if possible - and if I could start my own welding shop and a knitting studio I swear I would!  Anyway, Accessorize manages to turn out unique stuff, and always has tons of the embroidered opulence I love (they must have a major hookup with the East) ... so thanks guys for the invite and the pieces shown above. Now if only they made pillows ... because I'm so into this vibe for home decor.

(Some of these items aren't online, but the pom pom scarf is here - and they do U.S. shipping.)

Lots of the above pics are from my actual inspiration BOOK (like, pages ... with tape), which is mostly for home decorating ideas, and you can see our bedroom coming along in terms of the opulent, escapist feel I am in love with...

Curious: do you guys decorate like you dress?  Or are your personal style and home decor influences totally different?  Do you put stuff in your house that you would never wear (I do...*) or vice versa?

 * I fall in love with vintage prints all the time and will totally buy a dress and make it into a pillow.  The black/orange pillows on the bed are intensely embroidered and would have cost me a fortune at retail ... but I had them made from a damaged child's tribal gown I bought on the street for $10 : )
