The Over-Under: 8 Crafty Ways to Layer for Spring
So I put a dress on over pants for CHURCH on Easter Sunday. What?! Well, it was way more appropriate than the girl I saw there who was wearing a black faux leather mini dress that literally just covered her rear, with high heels. I mean who needs the Lord to judge you when you have a blogger standing behind you ; ) I think I broke my husband's rib with my elbow, but at least the pain distracted him from her albiet smokin' bod.
Anyway, did I lose you at "church"? Come back!
The weather's been crazy around here, and my sister-in-law was just saying she's pulled together some of the best-worst (you know what I mean) outfits together to cope with the unpredictable temps. For the most part, it's not time for bare legs - but it's definitely time for pretty dresses. Craftiness is in order.
While we continue to be meteorologically challenged through June, I'm inspired to embrace the return of dresses over pants amongst other unexpected twists.
Aren't you? How do you cope with Spring weather? What are your go-to layering pieces?
P.S. remember pashminas??

Haha oh man thats classic. Dressed like a hooker to church. I would have snapped a whole bunch of pictures of her. I love the top fourth look on Coco Rocha. Lovely post.
All the best, Angel

Ahh, pashminas... they became so ubiquitous in the late 90s(early 00s?) that it made me a bit apprehensive to wear my charcoal or robins' egg blue ones for many years. Until recently, when I pulled them out again. I think they're great for those in-between temps and also as a blankie on a plane :)
Whoo hoo! Church! Easter! Fashion! What's not to absolutely LOVE? At least the skanky minidress wearer was IN church...
I'm altering the length of my jeans in response to the weather.
